Method of payment: payment is usually made in stages, that is, 30% of the contract is signed in advance, 40% of the product is paid after delivery, and the remaining 30% is paid after the follow-up service and technical support are met.
Customized agreement: the customer must sign a customized development service agreement with our company to clarify the responsibilities, rights and confidentiality terms of both parties.
After-sales service: provide free technical support and maintenance services for a period of 12 months, and provide regular product updates in accordance with the agreement

Return Policy:
1. Applicable conditions:
Customers can apply to us for return within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product if there are any non-man-made functional problems or discrepancies in the product description.

3. Refund criteria:

4. Special instructions:
a. Return of customized services or software products is not supported after activation or registration.
b. Problems caused by traces of normal use, man-made damage or failure to follow the product instructions do not apply to this return policy.
c. If the customer provides false reasons for returning the goods, we reserve the right to refuse to return the goods and further service.
